General Information

10 credit hours must be in clinical MFT workshops; and 3 in professional ethics.

It’s possible that 27 credit hours may be earned from distant learning (online/homestudy) continuing education course. It depends on how your board defines Independent Study. Their use of the term is not the same as a formal developed home study course consiting of objectives and exam questions. (If you need more than 10 credits, check with your board for an interpretation. If you are able to get clarification on this issue, we would appreciate your helping us to update this information.
