Social Work Today CE’s distant learning courses are available for continuing education credit for MFT’s, LPC’s, as set forth by the Virginia Board of Counseling.

2 credit hours must emphasize the ethics, standards of practice or laws governing behavioral science professions in Virginia.

As of September 3, 2008, those newly registering to supervise are required to complete 3 graduate credits related to supervision or 20 hours of continuing education from a board approved CE provider. Those currently supervising are required to complete the educational requirement by Sept. 3, 2010. Due to CE-Credit’s approved provider status, our supervision courses apply to this requirement.

Social Work Today CE, a service of CE Learning Systems, is approved to offer continuing education courses by the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC #5951). CE Learning Systems maintains responsibility for the courses.
